I'm considering taking the scary step if writing my own contracts! I will use NCMA as a template but still feel bit frightened! I'm with mm and they say its fine to do your own.
Does anyone write their own? Any tips??? X

If you Google you will find lots of examples - put the best of them together... try to keep it to a couple of pages, plus a page of 'how to complete the contract' and a page of 'terms and conditions.

Make sure you have permissions and a fees policy to give out alongside it.

I was going to write something for forum members about contracts but the majority were adamant they didn't want it :laughing: however, if you are a gold member of childcare.co.uk Richard will be putting some info about documentation including suggested contract contents in the members area soon.
