Hi there,

I currently have two children of my own, 6 years old and 21 months.
I mind a 21 month old also on thursdays 8am-3.30

Somebody would like childcare from 3.30-5.30 also on a thursday for two children aged 3 and 4. the 4 year old goes to school full time.

Am worried to say yes in case for some reason they over lap.

If my mindee during the day was to pick up late would I be ok because the 4 year old goes to school full time it means he counts as a 5 year old?

Hope someone can help
thankyou

You're fine to do this 4 year old counts as 5 year old

Yes the 4yo in full time education counts as one of your 5-8 places.

So you are okay to take these children on
