I have been minding now for 9 months and the business has taken off so well i am considering taking on an assistant, The assistant is a registered foster carer so already has CRB; safeguarding etc.

Would appreciate advice from others on:

How much do you pay your assistant? baring in mind she may only work one day a week in school holidays

Is it just the EY2 and CRB that needs sending to OFSTED?

does this mean my numbers can increase by another 6? she has no children currently in her care below 8
