Well after what seems like forever, I finally got the call from Mrs O! So difficult to do paperwork and watch Comic Relief though!

Serves you right for answering phone - i'm still not picking up on numbers that are withheld or look strange or I don't recognise - although my husband thought I was mad earlier when I didn't pick up phone to a withheld number but then rang back 1471 - only to be told "this number was withheld" duuurrrr!

Yes I am lucky I have 2 non - working days to prepare! Thy are coming Monday or Thursday. Can't decide which I would prefer. Get it over and done with or another few days to prepare.

My friend had the same inspector and says she is lovely :D

At last!! I hope it's Monday, I don't think I can wait until Thursday!!!! I too am sure you'll be fine, you always talk sense on here and your posts have helped me lots in the past! I found that other than ensuring my lj's were up to date, there was little I could do to "prepare"...all the hard work has been done in the last seven months!!!

I discovered this morning that my not so dh didn't know how to empty the hoover. The same one we' few had for two years...guess who did the sprucing before my inspection!!!!

Well spent the whole weekend sorting paperwork and the house. I wasn't sure if I wanted the inspection tomorrow or Thursday but I think definitely tomorrow, before the house gets in a mess again!

Well................pffffft she didn't come! :mad:

So frustrating! Spent the whole weekend sorting stuff out and........nothing. Looked at my watch every 30 seconds from 9.30 up to 10.00. Checked out the window.....oooohh someone's pulling up......oh it's for next door :angry: I stayed in till 11.00 just in case. Missed play group, mindee's desperately needed to get out of the house so went to the park and soft play.

I kind of question the point of giving you two or more days when they might come. If I was ready on Monday then I'm still going to be ready on Thursday! Quite demoralising waiting in for nothing!

Oh well at least I know for definite when she's coming, plus I've got out of the way all of my mindee's comments like....'oooh that's a new poster'!

Well check back here on Thursday when I will tell you all the gory details of my brush with Mrs O :thumbsup:

I wouldn't say stalker exactly.....maybe I would! My 'angels' :littleangel: didn't leave till 6 and then was the massive clear up; they are quite demanding, no possibility to post during the day.

Wednesday evening shouldn't be too bad, paperwork is done, place is ready apart from a bit of tidying and cleaning. As you say, it may be of benefit knowing for definite which day it will be. Another 6 o'clock finish on Thursday though so possibly will be another 6.30 post!

Did you catch her name, use the extra days to google some of her past reports, will help
You find what she's hot on at the moment, usually the latest course they've been on lol

Thanks! I just realised that my SEF has section one text in section one and two. Not sure what happened there. Do inspectors actually read them?! I've printed off what section two should be and updated it online. Luckily I had it saved in word on my computer!

My inspector read mine beforehand and used quotes from it in my report.
