Can someone help me please?

I have the Ofsted document which explains all the fees but its very confusing. How much do childminders have to pay to register with ofsted? I know things changed in Sept 2012 and I think this is what is confusing me.

The Childcare Register is a full cost recovery scheme. This means that the total costs of registering a provider and maintaining their registration is covered by the fees that they pay. An application fee is charged for registration on the Childcare Register. This is the same fee whether you are on the compulsory part of the Childcare Register, the voluntary part of the Childcare Register or both parts. The requirement to pay a fee and the amount due is set in law. When we acknowledge receipt of your application we will also tell you how to pay the fee. If you apply to register online, you will be able to pay online. The charges are:

Fees from 1 September 2012
For childminders and home childcarers £103
For providers of childcare on domestic or non-domestic premises £114

Fees for continued registration
An annual fee is payable on the anniversary of the date of registration. The fee is set by the Government. The current annual fee payable on the anniversary of the registration date is:

Is this something new that new childminder's need to follow. Its all very confusing. I couldn't work out if it was £35 or the £103?

Where providers are on both registers, the fees for the Early Years Register apply.
