I'm getting very frustrated with Ofsted!!!
I completed my application form online as apparently it's easier and quicker on feb 1st and my husband filled in his ey2, a few days later I got a letter saying my husband checked on child are on non domestic property instead of childminder and would have to do it again. I thought this was strange as I was over his shoulder the whole time double checking him but human error happens so we filled it in again.
Then Friday I got a call from Ofsted saying my husband had ticked the wrong box again I told him there was no possible way of this because we both double checked it twice and def checked the childminder box. Ofsted maybe it was a glitch on there system and to do it again online and he would check it today (Monday) to see if it goes through if not its obviously a fault and we would have to do it by hand. He also told me not to panic as my application was fine and all going through.
So I checked Ofsted online this morning and there was no application for my husband and then I thought I'd check my online account and its saying there is no application for me!!!
I rang Ofsted only to figure out that if you don't have a unique ref number then you can't actually talk to anyone you have to email. Well I emailed at 12 today and no reply.
I have no idea what's going on with my application and I started this process 11 days ago and have got nowhere none of which has been my fault!
Anybody know who long it normally takes them to answer emails??
