I have been waiting to find out what allowance I can get towards the CCLD and found outy yesterday its 75%. Which is ok I guess but im still gonna have to pay over £200. Bit more than I wanted considering last year the funding was 95%. The have told me to look at train to gain also because they may fund it for me..... anyone done this? I had a look on the website earlier but does anyone have experience with funding through them?

I got funding from train to gain for my NVQ but then it was rejected. Reason being I have 5+ GCSE's & train to gain will fund if you have 4 or below.

£200 is a lot of money to find - hope you manage to get some more funding from somewhere

I agree it is a lot of money to find. Especially when the full course only costs £175 at my local college.
