C/M near me was inspected in October she childminds with her hubby
she wasn't putting the exact time the children came and went only the contracted hours
so now has to do this but she was also told that she has to record everytime she leaves the house i.e school runs, playschool outings etc how many children, names etc she has with her and who is left with her hubby

she has tried various ways to do this but is getting into a knot does anyone now how she can do this easily
without to much paper work

I put this information in my daily diary. I record everything about our day in it, where we go, what we eat, who is here etc. Me and dh usually go out together but if we split the children and one of us stays at home I just note the childrens initials in my diary.

think she is now going to write it in her diary as it makes sense as she write outings etc in there all she has to do is add times and names

I think to write it anywhere else would just be making more unnecessary paperwork:D
