doesnt sound as bad as i thought it was going to be,looks like our DO are going to be fighting for their jobs if im hearing it correctly,removing funding from councils to remove a layer of jobs .

I know what it is like with la when I have a payment query with two or three year old funding. Cannot see ofsted coping with payment issues from all the accredited childminders and nurseries.
