Hi I mind for a 2.5 year old and twin 12 month olds, neither of who attend any other setting. How do I tick the 'information sharing' box at inspection? will I get marked down for this? I am panicking as I need a good to be able to continue care for 2.5 year old after her 3rd birthday!!!!!!!! Thanks.

If they don't attend another setting then you can't share information with them! All children will have at least one setting.....their home! Work on sharing info with parents. My 3 year old is starting to write letters so I laminated a double side of A4 with writing practice and phonics for her to practice at home. If a younger child enjoys a book, toy or activity at your setting then see if you can let them borrow it. I share learning journals, diaries and planning.
Don't think just because they don't go to a nursery or pre school etc that you can't share information!

You should still have information in place about how you WOULD share if the children went elsewhere - it doesn't necessarily have to be in writing but you need to be clear about the steps you would take :D

Thanks for all the help. So do you suggest I have yet another policy on sharing information to show OFSTED, Sarah, lol?

You don't need a written policy - it is not required by the EYFS.
However, as part of your evidence - maybe in your self evaluation - you could chat about how you intend to forge links with other settings when the older children starts in nursery...
:D
