Had my first grading inspection before Christmas and so over the moon to come out with a GOOD overall grade!!

Inspector thought I had a background in childcare (which I don't) and seemed really happy.

She was with me less than 2 hours, just becase I have a child with behavioural difficulties and it was clear her being there wasnt really helping me or the child.

Only advice she gave me was to pass more info on to parents.
