hi first time on here,

Ofsted phoned before Christmas to say all my social services checks and CRB checks were fine and that i was now ready for inspection, but now I have heard nothing :(

how long does it usually take from them getting to this point.

I have been waiting since May for everything to come back and actually have families waiting for me to be working.

I believe that they have four weeks to conduct the pre reg from when your details are passed on. Mine took about that long, plus another fortnight for the certificate. So it should be the first couple of weeks of Feb for you, at the outside :)

Hi there, I'll be interested to know when you hear and how you get on :) Ofsted are waiting for my social service checks and one CRB form and then I hope to hear again. I too have families waiting :)
It's a waiting game isn't it, I'm so looking forward to starting and have put so much energy into preparing, just want to get on with it all now! x
