Hi there!

I've just newly registered in the past few days and am in the middle of sorting out my public liability insurance. The Ofsted inspector who did my visit said I didn't need to be a member of the NCMA but could still get insurance from them? I just wanted to check if this is the case and is anyone knew how much it would cost.

By the way, just wanted to say I am soooooooooo happy that I have found the Childminding forum. I think it's the best thing since sliced bread!:D

If you want to buy insurance via NCMA you must be a member first.

if you want to buy insurance from MM you don't need to join anything.

Hth :D
