I wonder if anyone can help me please - I'm just printing off one of my lo's learning journeys and I did have (somewhere!) a sheet for parents comments etc which can be completed by parents each time they receive the learning journey to look through. I wonder if anyone has one that they could share - can't remember where I got it from and I'm sure I must have put my master copy somewhere safe ;)

i just have a post it note in the LJ and ask the parents to write a note and date & sign it :D

I tend to askthemand put a note in the file -my parents prefer verbal contributions :D
