Sorry i caused all this confusion  x
I bought the book and cd on sunday and started on monday. Since then i have been really amazed by how i feel , I keep telling Hazel I feel like ive been brain washed  ive just followed the 4 golden rules stated in the book and listened to the cd every night x I do feel really different, when i weighed myself on tuesday i had lost 3lb since last thursday but he asks you not to weigh yourself for 2 weeks  so im really trying to stickto that x
Hopefully i will be able to report a good weight loss when i weigh myself then xx
