I have a friend who wants me to have her 10mth old & 5yr old for two days in school hols cause she has to go away for a few days and i was just wondering should i fill out a contract for her or not!! not really sure what to do with it only being that short time.xx

If you are working for money you need to be legal and insured.
To be legal and insured you must do a temporary contract, get permissions signed and get parent to complete a full information sheet about the child ... allergies etc.
One for each child :D

Make sure that you sign contracts so both you and your friend know what is going to happen whilst you are looking after her children
