I have a mindee that I sent home today with what I thought was conjuntivitus, the parents have just called and told me its pink eye??

Where would any of you stand on the child coming back?

Pink eye is Conjunctivitis isnt it?, I exclude personally

Well thats what I thought, and having googles it, it says the same thing.

Defo dont want that going round my lot!!!

Pink eye is conjunctivitus and I exclude as I had a bad experience of it spreading amongst the smaller ones due to them rubbing their eyes etc. I don't think you have to exclude but it's personal choice.

I tend to follow our local nursery and school policy. They can attend once they have seen doctor and started treatment.

I think as long as they're being treated then you can't exclude them??
