I've had all my parent questionnaires back and now need to write my quality of care report but am just not sure on how to do it, i know i need to summaries the questionnaire feed back but what else do you put in it. Do you write it as a flowing report or under different sub headings if so what sub headings have you used. Sorry this is all new to me as i only registered at the start of the year i'm sure once i've done 1 i'll be fine it's just starting it. I want to get it out the way before my inspection pack turns up which i'm expecting any day.

I split mine up like Jelly but my headings follow the same pattern as the SAS forms. That way my information can be copied and pasted onto my SAS when I next need to complete one. The one I did at the beginning of this year I used the old 10 (or so) sections of the SAF but when I complete my next one I will use the 4 new headings that are now used.
I don't use everything from the parent questionnaires but I would add some comments in to it and then I would discuss what changes (if any) i had made following the parent and children's feedback.
