Had my First Graded inspection yesterday!!!!! It was fine got a GOOD, the lady was really nice and no where near as bad as I thought not worth the sleep less nights or worry, just carried as if she wasn't there.....:laughing::thumbsup:

I am sure other members would love to hear the good / bad bits from your inspection if you have a moment :D

She asked about safeguarding, looked at all policies, asked me how I was full filling all 7areas of development, looked at learning journals and wanted to see my planning, and observed a activity with the children she was very indepth, my advice to any childminder is get your paperwork Sorted and plan!:laughing:;)
