I have been approached by some forum members asking for support to deal with the outcomes of their Ofsted inspections.
The childminders were upset about the way their Ofsted inspection reports were worded and questioned why they had to take certain actions to gain a higher inspection grade when the actions were not a requirement of the EYFS statutory framework.
I am always happy to make enquiries on behalf of childminders who would rather not approach Ofsted directly and in this instance I have been able to access very detailed and supportive advice from Ofsted which will help all childminders with post-inspection actions they maybe do not understand or feel are wrong.
I hope you - and other childminders who have similar concerns with Ofsted inspection outcomes - find the attached information useful :D
