im really worried for my first inspection although i think im doing everything right. Is there anything in particular they look for in your first year:panic:

I was inspected in April, which was just within my first year. I would say the paperwork focus was on working with parents and ensuring I had all necessary child information. A little bit on continuing professional development, activities/outings and observations of children and I together.
