Hello! :)

As the title suggests my inspection is due in November. I dont like to admit it but my paperwork has gotten rather unorganised over the last 3 years, and now im a bit confused about what should be where. I have my CDO coming round on Friday and i would like to get things organised for her, and use it as a 'practice' inspection.

I have :

Childrens EYFS Profiles, full of photos and observations. * Can i put each childs signed permission forms in these too?
* Can they be in a cabinet in the living room, or do they need to be locked somewhere like the contracts?

A Folder containing all of my policies

A folder containing all training certificates recieved since registration 7 years ago

Parent questionaires * Where do these go?

Fire drills and alarm dests * where do these go?

Risk assessments * Can these go in profiles, or should i do a "staying safe" folder with these and fire and safeguarding stuff?

Theres more but my minds gone blank!

Basically, im confused about how many folders i should have, and what should be where.

Im also scared about "planning".... I do plan,ALL THE TIME... but it tends to stay in my head and i forget to write stuff down :((
