yippy its friday, tomorrow we are off to Scotland for a weeks holiday :D

We flying up to Aberdeen then hiring a car and going up to the Orkney Islands

Keeping our fingers crossed for a little sunshine as we like walking,

Not been that far up in Scotland before

Hoping to go to Balamory on our way back it all looks beautiful :D

I went to the Orkney islands 3 years ago and it was phantastic. we had nice weather and managed to see loads ..old stone circles, fab views, old settlements that had been excavated, a haunted mansion...:eek:

on the ferry over you get to see the old man of hoy....quite impressive landmark!!
