i work woth another childminder. i'm just wondering when ofsted come out to do the inpections for both of us can we put all our work together as we both do observations on all the children or does it all have to be sepperate?:panic:

It depends on your inspector - ours did us both but it took hours and hours and hours and hours!

If there are 2 of you, you should be operating a key worker system and she will want to know who each child's key worker is. Also your policies and any other paper work should be signed by the person who wrote it. hth :D
