Hi everyone again. I was just wondering how often do you record fridge temperature and also how often do you do smoke detector checks.

I follow the guidance in the booklet 'Safer Food Better Business for Childminders'.

I check my fridge and freezer temps daily and record it if something goes wrong.

I check my smoke alarms every fortnight

I check both my smoke alarms every Monday when I cook sausages for tea!

My smoke alarm gets checked when I put teacakes under the grill:D

I'm same as Sarah with the fridge and freezer and the smoke alarm is tested every Monday unless like others it's checked when I do something like bacon or sausages ;)
