I will move this where Richard will see it - I imagine there are going to be a few teething problems with the updated software but nothing he and his tech guys can't fix! :D

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the drop down menus.

If you click on a menu option such as Quick Links then the menu should stay visible and allow you to select one of the options.

If it isn't doing this please could you let me know which type of device and web browser you are using to access the forum where you are seeing this issue?

The menus work using Javascript, as with most websites, so you will need to ensure that you have Javascript enabled in your web browser. You can download the latest version from this page java.com: Java + You (http://www.java.com/en/)

It sounds like you are using quite an old version of Internet Explorer. Do you know which version you are using? To find out go to Help option in your browser top menu and then click About Internet Explorer.

You can update to a later version of IE such as 8 or 9 via this link Download: Windows Internet Explorer 8 for Windows XP - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43)

The forum does work okay in Internet Explorer 8. I am not sure what the issue is but it must be something to do with the settings on your computer. :(
