hello, sorry to be a pain but i can't seem to reply to peoples posts. any help appreciated

When you get to the bottom of a thread you should see a 'reply' button on the left hand side... just click that and type in the box.

That's what she was doing Sarah, she was over at mine but when she typed a reply it flashed up with a message about moderator it was hard to read as it only flashed up briefly otherwise I would have written it down.

The first 4 posts (at least) are moderated... this means they go into a queue until one of us comes online and checks they are ok.

It stops nasty threads being started by spammers overnight...

Sometimes it can take us a few hours if we are all busy during the day but the backlog is usually cleared by early evening.

Get your friend to put a couple of replies on Jules - the sooner she is out of moderation the quicker she will learn.
