Any one else having a problem getting on the Forum via Internet Explorer? Been on and off it all day today but tried getting on earlier and keep getting a message up saying:
Default web page - if you have reached this page by mistake please contact the website owner - webmaster@childmindingforum.co.uk
It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.
Don't know why I can get on via Firefox but not IE - not sure about following link to clear dns cache when I haven't got a clue what I am actually on !!!!

The adverts have always been there in exactly the same places as they always were - nothing has changed except they might be different ads because Google changes them occasionally.
Maybe you were used to seeing one lot and kind of glossed over them. Now some of them are different and catching your eye?? :D

How strange, so if you go to childminding help and click the forum link at the top on the right (the new logo) doesn't that work either?
I think Richard's techie guys perhaps need to know about this. I will pass it on.:)

Please could you let me know which Google search you are doing to find the forum? What are the keywords you are typing into Google and what is the website address that Google shows?
The correct web address for the forum us www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum

Oh I get a funny message as well when I follow that link as well.
The forum address is www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum - do you know how to put that into your favourites silvermist?
Then you can just come on here via favourites / bookmarks if you are on Firefox :D

You shouldn't need to find it or type it every time... you can put it into your favourites / bookmarks bar and just click on it.
Have a play - you can't break anything
When you first open the forum and you have the address www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum -
In Chrome click the little star on the right of the address bar and ask it to put the forum link onto your favourites bar / bookmarks bar.
IE and firefox are slightly different but the theory is the same.

I haven't been able to access for 2 days (did you miss me?;)) In the end I spoke to a couple of people on FB who suggested trying google chrome and fire fox etc which I did and still couldn't get on :( In the end another friend sent me a link which did work and so I deleted my old link on my favourites and then re added it. Sounds complicated, but I'm here :clapping:
