I just wanted to let you all know about some improvements we are making to the forum from next week.

From around 11pm on Monday 8th October 2012 the forum will be unavailable until the early hours of Tuesday 9th October 2012.

During this time we will be moving the forum hosting to a new dedicated server and upgrading the forum software.

When the move is completed the forum will have a new look but everything will remain the same apart from some additional new features.

The new forum will have a 'Like' button on each post that will allow you to 'Like' a post.

Soon after the move we will also be implementing some other new features including a blogging feature that will allow you all to create free blogs.

An iPhone and Android mobile app will also be available in the coming weeks.

You may be asked to login to the forum manually once after the move even if you have previously chosen to stay logged in automatically.

We are hoping the move will be without any problems but it is possible there might be the odd teething issue. If you notice any problems or have any questions then please contact me or one of the moderators.

Thank you all for your patience during the move and I hope you will all enjoy the new features.

As always the forum will remain completely free to use.

woohoo. well you do want to keep me busy today richard. Not only do i have to entertain several 5 year olds for my sons birthday I now have to check i have everything packed ready for our move. Forget the little items as long as we manage to move all the great people...which i know we will....then it all good:)
