Hi I know ive seen this on here before but can someone please tell me how I save a document as a pdf so it cant be changed by a random person! :)

Go to file then 'Export as PDF'. Make sure you specify the pages to be saved.

It doesnt give me that option, im using microsoft works word processor to create the doc if that makes a difference x:blush:

Apparently you should create a document which is a read only document.....
Ge onto the adobe site and look at FAQ....
I've just asked my cousin who is a pc repair bloke and that's what he said so sorry if it makes no sense to you lol. :o x

Ages ago, when using a different version of office, I downloaded CutePDF... Then I would create my document, go to print and instead of sending to the printer you sent it to a PDF doc.
I have now got Office 2010 (I think, DH is the tech guy) and now all I have to do is go to save as, then change the file type to what ever I want.

I have had so many problems with Word, I now use OpenOffice aswell, it is free to download, and can do pdf's!
Took a bit of getting used to but now I am used to it it is great!
