I know several groups of CMs are getting together to pose their questions for the DfE but does someone from the government come out as well to meet CMs in all parts of the country or is it just a Q and A exercise?

Penny's managed to get someone to visit her next week, on a day when she has 5 under 5's so that at least will give DofE an idea why a blanket 5 under 5's would not be a good idea
She also says on her blog that before we all rush to invite the DfE to visit our settings, their spokesperson has said that although they would like to visit other settings, they are very limited by time and so will not be to accept any more invites at this moment in time
That to my mind confirms how short a time they have allowed for 'consultations' if they can't make the time to research as thoroughly as possible something so important!

Thanks, I've spoken to Penny on Facebook and we're getting something sorted.
:)
