I am are new on here, I am currently setting up an after school and holiday club in south /west wales, and have been filling the registration appliction for cssiw registration and am stuck, could anyone offer some advice n what to write.

question, tell us how the person in charge will be supported to enable them to recieve opertunites for training and profecional development?

I am the person in charge and the registered person so a little unsure as to what to write, my mind has gone blank :o and would really appreciate some advice :)

What I would say you need to show is how you are going to be able to access training and CPD. If you were a manager and had staff you would need to put in place strategies whereby cover was available if a particular staff member needed to attend training whilst the should be working. For an after school club I guess all training could be done outside of your opening times. You would also acknowledge how you would keep up to date with new training requirements etc; so maybe on a FIS training list or by belonging to a network of after school club providers.
