Hi ladies. I was wondering if any of you ladies thought how a recession (if this pinch gets that far) will effect cm's? Will it be in our interests as we would be a cheaper option than a nursery? Or would we get less mindee's as parents cant afford to work?
Im beginning to worry i wont get any mindee's before ive even got my certificate

I think we'll be ok if we stay competitively priced and flexible... :D

I dont it will be a case of can't afford to work, afterall mortgages still have to be paid. I think belt tightening will happen in many more areas before it hits childcare.

I can't see it affecting us to be honest, only maybe for mum's who just use us for free time for themselves if you see what I mean? They may decide to cut this out as it's an unnecessary cost during hard times.
Apart from that, I can't see anything changing too much really.
