I've got my 1st Ofsted inspection tomorrow after being registered for 6 months, do i need to complete a SEF?? I've only just read about these online & not actually sure what it is!

Not sure you will be able to access it at the moment as Ofsted may not have finished updating the site, and you will need a password and user name - do you have this info? SEF stands for Self Evaluation Form (i think), you don't have to use the Ofsted one you can just record how you constantly evaluate yourself and your setting eg: attending courses, updating resources to meet childrens needs and interests, asking parents for feedback etc. Good luck with your inspection - let us know how you get on.

You don't need to do the Ofsted SEF - you can show the inspector your usual self evaluations / action plans.
