Ive had enquiry for above don't have this age usually they don't come into the Eyfs as over 8 is this right

Yeah that is right the EYFS is for under 5.

I have a 9 & 10yr old starting this week!! Am so nervous as normally just have under 5's and my 2 are 5 & 8 so I am just hoping that I have enough activities to occupy them and they enjoy my dinners!!

Don't have to put down in attendance book or do I. Need advise what is expected with ofsted

Yes you still fill In attendance, do contracts,accounts and accident and medication. Encourage them to do homework as well.
