really feel fed up this week, 2 lots of parents taking the mick with collection times. When they are say 15 mins late on drop off they seem to think its perfectly fine to collect 15 mins late, whilst i dont mind sometimes this has now become a regular thing.:(
well ive had enough so told them all friday 5 oclock not 5.10 not 5.15:blush:
we shall see next week - its not like i have a life outside of looking after their precious darlings!!!

You want a life of your own!?!
Time to get tough - put a note in your newsletter and start charging an hour late fees.

I've got a parent who does this-is regularly up to half an hour late for drop off then thinks that means she can collect up to half an hour late....last week I stressed AGAIN that collection time was still 5pm as per contract especially as that day I had an appointment at 5:30-when she wasn't there by 5 past I popped him in the car and took him with me,cue frantic call at quarter past asking where the hell was I !?
Calmly explained that she'd been told that I had an appointment and as she doesn't drive i'd be dropping him home when finished and she'd have to pay for any extra hours.....wonder if she'll be late next week?
