just look at records for the current children on roll, or do they look at previous children who are no longer in your setting, things such as obs etc.

I always hand over the development/observation files to the parents when the children leave so never have anything like that for an Inspector to see.

My inspector did have a quick glance through my old contract records and paperwork.....as I said it was quick and I suspect the only reason she looked was because they were there.

I am not sure she would have asked to see old records if they weren't there!

i dont think they asked to see previous mindees, just the one your currently minding :)

Mine never looked through previous mindee's records but I did have them to hand just incase.

I have been asked to show paperwork of mindees who no longer attend. :)

I showed copies of birth to 3 stuff from an ex-mindee because the one there on the day wasn't within that age group :D

I've never been asked to show any records of former mindees other than accident records
