WOW I got an overall 'good' and I'm dead chuffed about it ! A big thankyou to all who use this forum. The inspector was very nice and stayed nearly 3 hours, observing me and the children and asking lots of questions. It was much less traumatic than I anticipated.There were two recommendations: need a net on the trampoline (pre-reg insector said I didn't need one) and must remove secateurs from greenhouse (blame the husband for that !). She said it was a pleasure to see me and the kids together, and that I'm doing all the right things.:clapping: :thumbsup: :laughing:

I didn't find that my inspection was a bad as I thought it was going to be either! THink the second one (2years time) will be worse because I have already set myself a high standard and will be chasing that outstanding!!! lol
