i have just been given the above finger puppet !!! he is very cute and a very friendly looking crow, but for the life of me, i can't think of ANY story ( or song! ) to 'attach' him to!
any ideas? !!!

Thirsty crow is a story, google it.Ifyou google story with a crow, a few stories come up

no ideas here I'm afraid but you could always make one up! And then it can deliver any message you like eg. sharing, table manners, potty training lol

There's a crow in Shark in the Park by Nick Sharratt - my mindees love that book!! If you have a cat one too it could work really well (in fact you've inspired me to look for some puppets to liven up our story time!!!)

I searched 'fox and the crow' at amazon and it came up with the Aesop fable about flattery. It is an Usbourne book and I am sure this is the one I used to read with my children. My children used to love it when I cawed like a crow.

was just going to say I thought there was an aesops fable about a fox and a crow
Was also going to say 'The Thirsty Crow'. There is an episode of 'Come Outside' (Auntie Mabel and Pippin) where she tells that story.

Whenever we feed the birds in the woods crows appear. You could try that.
