Hi Ladies, wondering if you could help?
I need to put together a questionnaire for my parents and I'm abit stuck as to what I should put in it, any help would be great thanks :)

Are you only accepting responses from "Ladies"?
If not, please PM me. I can send sample copies of the parent and child questionnaires I use. They'll need to be adapted to your individual needs, but could provide a half-decent starting point.

@LJM. No offense taken. I realise I'm a minority (intruder?) on here. It happens on all the courses/workshops I attend.
My DW says, "at least they didn't accuse you of being a gentleman". Well, that's nice, ain't it. She's supposed to love me.
