i am anti oppressive because I am welcoming to everyone and value their opinion so they feel an important part of the provision
I am anti discriminatory because I understand the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and EYFS 2008 / 2012 and ensure inclusion in everything I do
Is that the sort of thing you want? :D
