you dont have to i wasnt asked for mine
but i think its a good idea to have it ready incase they ask for it.
what they did ask for and you are supposed to have is your self assesment form

It would be a good idea - its your evidence (and is great for any future courses etc).

Do yourself up a feedback form - quite general questions like:
How do you find my service? Are you satisfied with the service?
What do you like about my service?
etc

Someone else will be along to add some good questions. Think there is one on Bromley as well

Not being funny but isn't that meant to be feedback from parents?

I didn't have an actual feedback form, but they had written in my comments book, (nice things, of course!), and she met one of my parents dropping off which she said made a nice channge as she didn't normally see any to chat to.

Feedback forms are good evidence for Ofsted of how you work in partnership with parents.

I always try and get feedback from parents for Ofsted ...

I only give it to the inspector if it makes me look good

Well I've done the forms and handed them out. I have already had one returned and was thrilled with what was written. I hope the others will be as good.
Thank You everyone!

I have feed back forms and I also have a follow on answer for me to comment on what ,why and how I do things.

One parent wrote that she felt that her 2nd son did not get as much sleep time as the 1st but I answer her by saying he sleeps in a push chair in the morning and in a cot in the afternoon. (not my fault he is up at 4am most days) and needs a sleep much earlier than most children.

Ofsted love both forms as she could see that I work very well with parents.
