So as the title says, I've had *the call* and have already started ****** panicking!!!

I should be greatful really as I've got 2 weeks (due to not having any LOs as of 5pm today :clapping:) but still doesnt stop me worrying, especially as she's coming the day they start up again and the mindee I've got that day would have been off for 3 weeks due to their holidays so probably wont be in the best of moods :(

So any tips/ suggestions you have and also the best activities to plan for those few hours would be greatly appreciated :):):)

Have all your relevent paperwork out on the table ready, and pick an activity you know lo enjoys the most, perhaps have a back up activity just in case and hopefully lo will be happy and it will go smoothly. Good luck:)

Hi :),
Yes, its a mixed blessing having the 2 weeks : more time to prepare, but more to get paranoid in!

I would start by making sure your paperwork is organised so that its easy to understand for the inspector and writing lists of things you are planning to do, improve etc: so that once the visit is imminent you can just refer to these and nerves wont stop you thinking straight ;).

i'd also just go with your normal way of doing things, usual routine etc and a variety of minimal supervision activity choices you know Lo enjoys so as to keep them as relaxed as possible. Easier to answer questions then  play doh is a pretty good one :)

Good luck :)
