I'm at pre reg stage and currently doing all my policies ect I wanted to start advertising. My question is can I call my business a name i.e Mini Bugz or does it just have to be Faye's Childminding?

Do I have to pay or ask permission from somewhere/one to be called something other than my own name?

Hello, it is your business so you can call it what ever you want.
