What do I need to get ready for my pre-reg? I know the car insurance cert and the MOT cert. Will they want to see the house insurance? Any other docs, need to get them ready first as my filing isn't upto date :blush: so wouldn't be able to find them in a rush

Car stuff definitely - house insurance is your own responsibility...

Anything you've put together for minding - wish lists for equipment, any policies you've started, ideas for obs and planning... that sort of thing I would imagine.

You will find though that all inspectors are different... good luck! :D
