Hi,

I was registered in February and have had children on my books since March. I had to contact Ofsted recently because my eldest turned 8 and I wanted to get my certificate changed, I mentioned to them that I did have mindees.

I was just wondering how long before they will phone to come out for my first inspection. I don't want to chase them as I am so nervous as it is but also want to get it over and done with. When do you think I will be contacted?

I think I am keeping up to date with all my paperwork but can anyone give me advice on what I should have ready etc.

Thanks

melco

They are trying to get everyone inspected before September so if they know you are working you should get a call fairly soon.

You'll be fine! :D

I think this inspection cycle is due to end at the end of July so you shouldn't have too long to wait.

That's confusing
We have been told that in Birmingham area that inspectors are being trained for the revised eyfs and there will be little in the way of inspections until September.
