The welcome one is one of my favs! As is the hello one! When I worked in a primary school once I took register but to make it more interesting the children had to answer in another language! :) :) :)

Now, what I really need is a multi-lingual poster which says, "just grab your child's stuff and leave - the pub opens soon".
