I was just wondering when Ofsted would allow.

Basically I have a mindee who is 1 in December that I have Tuesday-Friday and a lady looking for childcare for her son who is also 1 in December but she wants hims to start at the beginning of November but for 2 days a week. I don't want to contact this lady and mess her about if she decided she wanted to use me and then I couldn't do it. So roughly I would have 2 under 1 for 8 days. Do you think they would allow this?

Shouldn't be a problem. " under 1's are treated differently to other variations and are nearly always granted . 'phone and ask for the form and fill it in listing the 2 sets of equipment you have and a typical day's activities and you should be fine.

I agree with moogster, assuming you have an under fives place.

Once granted the variation for two under one will stay on your certificate (at least until 1/9/12 when new EYFS comes in, it's not clear yet what will happen after that)
