My children used to have yoga sessions at their state nursery. I have recently seen some books on yoga with kids and wondered weather to give it a try. So has anyone else had any experience? Do the children like it ? Can you get them all interested at the same time?

yes i have it worked really well for about 20 mins then they got bored!!:laughing:
