She wanted me to change the nappies in/near the bathroom not near the other mindees, didnt like the few cat hairs around and a few of the kids didnt wash their hands before snack...so when I heard those three things I thought no way would I get the grade I did.

Have to say - updating my ofsted status on here has to be the sweetest 11 letters I ever typed!!
